Excellent location for outdoor activities, especially skiing. Cozy and clean rooms with a reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff, especially the valet/front desk. Beautiful grounds with a fire pit for cool evenings.

Room had a lovely view. The beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet location, easy to get anywhere. We found nice Pond Cafe nearby with hot beverages.
There was no water.

Friendly staff, free parking and OUTSTANDING customer service. The place is 3 miles away from Girdwood downtown. Besides, we parked our car onsite. Appreciated it.

The hotel boasts beautiful grounds and offers a great dining experience in all of its restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with Keurig machines. Moreover, the massage service is something definitely worth investing in. Besides it's great housekeeping service that doesn’t cease to amaze guests with the remarkable cleanliness of the bathroom facilities.
Prices of films and charges for facilities like swimming pools can be slightly steep.

the hotel room had all of the amenities of a full service hotel including coffee maker, and in room safe.
I thought the room was very dark and lighting in adequate and did not think there was anything provided to justify a "resort fee".

Your location was the highlight of our vacation trip. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Would definetly love to see it in the winter.
The only problem was the restaurant was understaffed. Of course being the Fourth of July weekend...this was understandable. The poor little waitress ran her legs off trying to service each table.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Alyeska Resort for a few nights during my Alaskan adventure. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds were stunning, with lovely public areas, a starry sky above the lobby, and even a cozy fire pit for cool evenings. The resort is clearly designed with the high-end traveler in mind, offering a focus on skiing and outdoor activities in both winter and summer. For those looking for a leisurely stroll, the grounds are perfect. a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The resort is very well maintained and offers spectacular scenery and friendly service. The hotel is beautiful with art and very high end details. I would go back and stay longer next time.
I was surprised that there was a $10 a day resort fee tacked on to the Booked.net rate. Maybe I missed it, but make sure it is posted.

Very nice quite rooms.
Very slow service, had to wave at bartender every time I needed a drink. staff needs better training , also our dinner wait was so long we opted to eat at bar. Resturant was only half full.

This hotel is a real gem! Firstly, the value for money is exceptional, especially considering the stunning mountain views from the rooms. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the location of this hotel, nestled in the mountains, is absolutely breathtaking. It's the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the beauty of Alaska.
No major issues to report, everything was just fine.

The view is always beautiful from the mountain side rooms. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is super comfy. Absolutely love the pool, hot tub, sauna and the day spa.
Between seasons at the hotel a lot of the restaurants are closed down and in november the pool is closed for a few weeks. Therefor you are limited to where you eat and what you can do, yet the prices of the rooms do not reflect the limited ammentities available to your guest during this time.

Our stay at Alyeska Resort was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular in every direction. We highly recommend taking the tram up for breathtaking sights and visiting the neat little museum and gift shop at the top. The staff, particularly Matt at the gift shop, provided us with excellent insider tips for the rest of our trip. It was a low key and relaxing way to start our Alaskan adventure. I would highly recommend this resort.

I do like all the services available
I do not like that I booked two king size rooms1.5 weeks before the stay. I called the night day before to confirm and there was only 1 room booked. The front desk had to get back to me on that. My card was charged for two king size rooms. Once the front desk called back, they did not have two king rooms. I had asked that I please have what I booked. Two Anniversary celebrations was the occassion. The fix was that we were in a handicap room. Taking a bath was out of the question, room not as comfortable/cozy.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, with on-site restaurants and stores. The staff was professional and friendly, and we received a wake-up call for the Northern Lights. Cleanliness was a top priority, and the hotel facilities were world-class.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The view was spectacular, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also great, helping us with anything we needed.
The rooms were a bit outdated and small for the price. Our room was also uncomfortably hot, and the mini fridge was not up to our expectations.
